VpCI-329 - is an oil-based vapor corrosion inhibiting concentrate
Application:

• VpCI-329 is an oil-based vapor corrosion inhibiting concentrate for use with lubricating, hydraulic, and preservation oils, and provides excellent protection in sheltered outdoor/indoor conditions.
• VpCI-329 protects in two unique ways by offering a tenacious film, which clings to metal surfaces as well as vapor phase inhibitors into
• the air above the oil.
• VpCI-329 is used for long-term preservation of storage engines, systems that use oil and lubricants.
• VpCI-329 using mixed with lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and cutting oil to protect storage systems using this oil.

Advantages:

• VpCI-329 protects in two unique ways by creating a durable membrane sticking to metal surfaces submerged in the oil component, and the vapor phase inhibitor sublimated into the air above the oil layer. This vapor forms a protective film on non-oil contact metal surfaces. This combination allows complete protection to internal components in the system.
• VpCI-329 does not contain harmful substances such as chromates, nitrites or phosphate inhibitors
• VpCI-329 protects non-ferrous metals, zinc, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, brass, cadmium, and silver
• VpCI-329 storage protection for more than 2 years: spray, sweep or soak metal in VpCI-329.
• VpCI-329 has low phase concentration to save production costs.
