VpCI®-422

VpCI-422 - Rust and stain remover chemicals for background effect of iron, steel, copper and brass.
Application:

• VpCI-422 in-process rust removal for metal parts, interior and exterior surfaces of tanks and ships, outdoor machinery and equipment, tools, locks and frozen frozen parts.
• VpCI-422 can be used for outdoor equipment rusting of transport.
• VpCI-422 can be used with spray equipment, including: spray the air and do not use air (by scanning or embedded).

Advantages:

• VpCI-422 is an effective rust and stain remover for iron, steel, copper and brass substrates. VpCI-422 is environmentally friendly, easy in wastewater treatment and easier to use than conventional rust removers.
• VpCI-422 is completely organic and requires no special treatment. It is especially useful for outdoor and marine applications where waste disposal is difficult. In rare cases, water treatment is necessary when large amounts of waste accumulate during the cleaning process.
• VpCI-422 can loosen rusted parts.
• - In addition, VpCI-422 contains a vapor phase inhibitor, a contact inhibitor, which helps protect metals from corrosion.
• VpCI-422 has no adverse effects on most paints, plastics, wood, textiles, cement and rubber.
• VpCI-422 has a non-flammable and mild odor formulation, ideal for use in the factory.
• - SF registered VpCI-422 (A3). Approved for use as an acid cleaner in and around food processing areas where cockroaches come into contact with food.
• VpCI-422 meets ASTM F-519-05 standard "Evaluation of hydrogen embrittlement for plating/painting process".
