ZN 1508 - Trivalent blue-bright chromate after zinc plating
Applications:

• ZN-1508 is a trivalent blue passivation for electroplated zinc for both rack and barrel application.
• ZN-1508 can be used on parts which have been plated in cyanide, alkaline non cyanide and acid zinc process.

Advantages:

• ZN-1508 can be analyzed and maintained by replenishment of the concentrate product.
• ZN-1508 eliminates yellow staining characteristic with hexavalent passivates on deposits from alkaline cyanide-free zinc baths.
• ZN-1508 baths have a longer operating life than many other trivalent passivates.
• ZN-1508 is extremely tolerable to impurities which result in fewer rejected parts.
• ZN-1508 polishing action adds to brightness of parts and protects from finger prints, staining and corrosion.
• ZN-1508 effluent contains Trivalent Chromium, reduces waste treatment requirements.
