ZN 1547L - Hexavalent yellow chromate after zinc plating
Applications:

• ZN-1547L is a highly concentrated chromate to produce yellow chromate coatings over zinc plated surfaces. Coatings produced with ZN-1547L chromate are virtually scratch-free, do not crack or flake on bending and are highly corrosion resistant.
• Depending on the concentration of the solution, yellow colour can change from light yellow-iridescent to dark yellow. When properly used the dip is long lasting and can be replenished on a continuous basis.

Advantages:

• ZN-1547L produces chromate film with high corrosion resistant.
• The chromate film produced with ZN-1547L has a uniform thickness and colour.
• ZN-1547L has only one component, thus it's easy to use, replenish, control and maintain.
• ZN-1547L is used with small concentration at new make-up. Low consumption. Cost savings.
• ZN-1547L has a long life. So it saves the costs of new tank make-up.
