VpCI®-377

VpCI-377 - Water-based concentrate desiged as a complete replacement for oil-based preventives for indoor protection of equipment and components.
Application:

• VpCI-377 is a corrosion resistant liquid that fully meets environmental regulations. Can be diluted with water to a large proportion of 0.5-20%.
• VpCI-377 is used for pumps and household appliances, printing equipment, textiles, structural steels, sintered metals.
• VpCI-377 is applied to protect against corrosion casting parts, pipes, finishing parts, gears.
• VpCI-377 is also used as an additive to washing units and washing water systems.

Advantages:

• VpCI-377 passes the ASTM D-4627-86 tests at 2% concentration.
• VpCI-377 is water soluble, environmentally friendly. Safe, easy to use.
• VpCI-377 does not contain environmentally friendly harmful amine compounds.
• VpCI-377 spray or dip method on the surface for good surface protection against corrosion, prolonging the life of the product.
• VpCI-377 can be coated with paint without removing it.
• VpCI-377 withstands temperatures up to 180ºF (82ºC).
• VpCI-377 meets MIL-PRF-16173E standard (Grade 1, 2 & 4).
