NI 70H

NI 70H - Electroless nickel plating additive, high phosphorus content (10-12%).
Application:

• NI 70H is a electroless nickel plating process with a phosphorus content of 10 - 12%, suitable for plating other subsequent coatings, as well as many other functional applications.
• NI 70H does not contain lead, cadmium and is safe to use.
• NI 70H is for plating special-shaped parts that cannot be plated by electroplating.
• NI 70H has a wide operating range, making it easy to apply to automatic or semi-automatic production processes.
• NI 70H is applied to products with high requirements for corrosion resistance and hardness.

Advantages:

• NI 70H gives a uniform chemical coating and is capable of plating on many different base metals, including: stainless steel and alloy steel, copper alloy.
• NI 70H allows plating of complex parts with hidden corners, sharp edges, plating in the heart of details where it is difficult to design an auxiliary anode for electroplating.
• NI 70H gives a very uniform coating and a stable operating solution. In addition, it also gives hard plating deposits and high corrosion resistance.
• NI 70H has a low concentration to make up a new bath that saves costs.
• NI 70H can increase the corrosion resistance of the product. Achieve 1000 hours of salt spray according to ASTM B117.
• NI 70H for plating can withstand corrosion testing with 50% concentrated HNO3 for plating with a thickness of 5-15 micrometers.
• The process and equipment are the same as another conventional nickel process.
• Environmentally friendly, no cyanide should reduce the cost of wastewater treatment.
• NI 70H meet RoHS standards are eligible for products to be exported to demanding markets such as the US, Japan, and EU.
