NI 37

NI 37 - High-speed electroless nickel plating additive, medium phosphorus content (6 - 9%).
Application:

• NI 37 is a high-speed electroless nickel plating process with a phosphorus content of 6 - 9%, suitable for plating other subsequent coatings, as well as many other functional applications.
• NI 37 does not contain lead, cadmium and is safe to use.
• NI 37 is for plating special-shaped parts that cannot be plated by electroplating.
• The NI 37 has a wide operating range, making it easy to apply to automatic or semi-automatic production processes.

Advantages:

• NI 37 gives a uniform chemical coating and is capable of plating on many different base metals, including: stainless steel and alloy steel, copper alloy.
• NI 37 allows plating of complex parts with hidden corners, sharp edges, plating in the heart of details where it is difficult to design an auxiliary anode for electroplating.
• NI 37 gives a very uniform coating and a stable operating solution. In addition, it also gives hard plating deposits and high corrosion resistance.
• NI 37 gives 8-10 times more metal coating performance than traditional solutions, tanks are easily maintained.
• NI 37 has a low concentration to make up a new bath that saves costs.
• NI 37 has a coating that reaches a hardness of 420-460 VHN (when plated) and a hardness of 850-900 VHN (after heat treatment of 4000C for 1 hour)
• NI 37 has a coating that reaches 0.8 - 1.6 % ductility without cracking (depending on the base metal).
• The process and equipment are the same as another conventional nickel process.
• Environmentally friendly, no cyanide should reduce the cost of wastewater treatment.
• NI 37 meet RoHS standards are eligible for products to be exported to demanding markets such as the US, Japan, and EU.
