KM NE 230

KM NE 230 is a reducing agent of Cr6+ remaining on the product after the cavitation process
Application:

• KM NE 230 is used to reduce the residual Cr6+ on the product after the chromic/sulfuric acid cavitation process.
• KM NE 230 is applied to the plating process on PC and ABS plastic.
• KM NE 230 is widely used in factories from small-scale manual to semi-automatic and fully automatic.

Advantages:

• KM NE 230 improves the adhesion of the coating to the substrate and prevents impurities from entering the subsequent process.
• KM NE 230 is used to reduce the residual Cr6+ on the product after the chromic/sulfuric acid cavitation process.
• KM NE 230 can also neutralize the residual alkali after alkaline cavitation process.
• KM NE 230 has low new phase content to save costs.
