KM MP 700

KM MP 700 - Micro porous nickel plating additive.
Application:

• KM MP 700 is a nickel plating process containing extremely fine, insoluble non-metallic particles that are uniformly dispersed throughout the plating bath by aeration.
• KM MP 700 is a multilayer nickel plating process that meets the demanding requirements of salt spray test for parts.
• KM MP 700 is a micro porous nickel plating process for steel, copper, and copper alloy products.
• KM MP 700 is a chemical with a wide range of activities, so it is easy to apply to automatic or semi-automatic production processes.

Advantages:

• KM MP 700 has a plating deposit that has excellent corrosion resistance.
• KM MP 700 is a metalized nickel plating process that contains fine particles to fill in the natural micro-holes created by the conventional nickel plating process. By filling in the micro-holes, it provides better protection and subsequent coatings are also smoother.
• KM MP 700 has a low concentration to make up a new bath that saves costs.
• KM MP 700 does not affect the pH of the solution.
